Established in 2003 from a crew assembled for the first local dragon boat race in Fort Lauderdale.
Puff aims to elevate the level of performance of the sport of dragon boat in South Florida and beyond, with individual paddlers participating in the US National team, and club participation in national and international level competition. In the most recent IDBF World Championships in Thailand in August 2023, five Puff paddlers were on Team USA boats, all medaling in their respective divisions. Captain/coach Marc was also head coach for Team USA’s Senior A (age 40+) division.
