Kilian Jornet is the best mountain athlete in the world. In May of 2017, Kilan summited Mount Everest from basecamp in 26 hours. Later in the week, feeling he could better his time, he summited a second time. While we may not strive to be the greatest mountain runner of all time, those of us who wish to maximize our personal potential can learn much from Kilian. As a philosophy, I feel most people are better served adopting a lifestyle based on general movement than seeking the "ultimate" training schedule du jour. Kilian's message, train often.
