The much anticipated Eurotour has begun. The first stop Battle of the Coast in the Netherlands proved to be a great race. An upset winner in the mens race and varying conditions and hard fought battles during both races made it a memorable day.

Summer is almost in the air and that can only mean one thing: the Euro Tour season is back!
This past weekend, the popular race series began its circuit around Europe with the Battle of the Coast in Zandvoort, Netherlands. The race featured a strong turnout of Europe’s top paddlers including Arthur Arutkin, Casper Steinfath and Leonard Nika.
While Steinfath jumped out to an early lead, it was Arthur Arutkin who came on strong at the end to land the first blow of what is expected to be the most competitive year yet for the Euro Tour. Meanwhile, Susak Molinero took home top honors in the ladies’ field.
