What should we eat before and after our morning workout? We have all worked out in the morning with little or nothing to eat. What should we do to fuel our body for optimal performance and recovery? How can we easily make this happen so that it becomes a pattern? It is easy to just grab a quick bar before we head out the door but is this the best thing to eat?
